Set up for entertaining, the chef's kitchen is fully fitted out with modern appliances including 900mm Smeg upright gas cooker, ice-making fridge with wine drawer and Nespresso coffee machine. 

Outside is a large fenced in yard with outdoor dining table to sit in the sun.  Enjoy meals on the covered back deck with the gas BBQ and a huge outdoor table overlooking the banks of the Cudgegong River. The Wisteria arbour is another lovely spot for afternoon or evening drinks and there is a massive Fire Pit area for the cooler nights outside. 

Three large bedrooms offer plush King size beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 x King Singles.  All bedrooms have blockout curtains and are fitted with luxury linen, electric blankets and a selection of pillows. Two large bathrooms easily accommodate all guests.

A complete laundry with washer & dryer is available for use.

Single covered car port plus plenty of parking space.

The house has ducted air conditioning in each room and the fireplace does an amazing job heating the main living areas.

Large 48" Smart Tv with Netflix, Stan, Binge, Amazon Prime, Kayo Sports & superfast Starlink Internet. Sonos sound system.
